Processing - All orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt of payment and completed personalized information. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to edit  information or other content appearing in our personalized products.

Refunds - full refund minus s&h cost for books returned to Soulful Creations within 14 days. 

Craft kit refund will be issued for unused kits ONLY.  Monthly memberships must be cancelled within 14 days of receiving first mailing.

Shipping

Our standard method of shipping books is via First Class - USPS mail.  As soon as the books are produced, they are shipped. Remember to allow 3 buisness days for production and processing each order.  You will be notified by email when the product ships.

First Class orders will arrive within 8-10 business days from the day the order was placed (3 processing and 5-7 shipping days).

Priority Mail orders are received within 5-6 business days from the day the order was placed (3 processng and 2-3 shipping days).

Express Overnight shipping is available.  Please note - all orders are processed within 3  business days of receipt.  You will receive your order within 4 business days if you request Express Overnight.

Out of Stock - If a book is out of stock , we will notify you ASAP.  You will have the option to cancel the order if you cannot wait for the product.

Personalization Errors

We make every effort to provide you with the highest quality personalized books. Please double check the personalized information before you submit it to make sure that the information provided is spelled as it should appear. When you receive your book verify that all of the information is correct. If there is an error on the part of  "Soulful Creations" we will replace the book at no cost to you, just return the book with the correction and a copy of the receipt to the address listed. If the information on the order form provided to "Soulful Creations" was incorrect we will replace the book at a cost of  $5.00 + $1.50 shipping & handling. Return the book with the correction and a copy of the receipt to the address listed. Please send the package via US mail with delivery confirmation. This protects you in case the package is lost in transit.
